Terms for using FET.
The responsibilities, boundaries and product-specific context that help keep FET experiences useful and fair.
These public terms distinguish recorded demonstrations from current commercial offers and live information. Any contracting entity, paid-service terms, governing-law provisions or partner conditions should be identified in the applicable service flow rather than assumed.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to the FET public website and product experiences that link to them. By using an experience covered by these terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use that experience.
The FET contracting entity should be identified in the applicable sign-up, order or service flow. Additional terms may apply to a particular product, account type, promotion, purchase or partner experience. If those terms conflict with these terms for that specific service, the additional terms should explain which provision takes priority.
2. Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must meet the age and eligibility requirements shown in the relevant registration or participation flow. If you use FET for an organization, you are responsible for having the authority to act for that organization.
Provide accurate registration information and keep relevant account details current. Protect your password, sign-in links, verification codes and connected devices. You are responsible for activity that reasonably results from failing to protect your credentials. Notify FET through the official support channel if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Recorded demonstrations and sports information
Some public experiences, including the Explore global sandbox, contain illustrative regions, events, dates, venues and scenarios. Recorded demonstration content is not represented as a live schedule, a verified statistical feed or a current offer of tickets, travel or other products.
Check the official organizer or provider before making plans or decisions based on sports information. Do not treat demonstration scenarios, predictions, fan sentiment or AI output as guarantees of an outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You may use FET only in ways that respect other people, the service and applicable rules. In particular, do not:
- Break applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, harass others or distribute harmful, deceptive or unauthorized content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or non-public areas of a service.
- Introduce malware, interfere with infrastructure, bypass security controls or disrupt another person’s use.
- Manipulate votes, rankings, rewards, access controls or participation mechanisms, including through fake accounts or automated abuse.
- Scrape, extract or reuse service data or content at scale without authorization, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, contribution or the source of content you submit.
5. Your content and participation
You are responsible for the content, prompts, votes, comments and other material you submit. Do not submit material you do not have permission to share, or material that exposes another person’s confidential or sensitive information without an appropriate basis.
Where a feature allows you to upload or publish content, you permit FET to host, process, reproduce and display that content as needed to provide and moderate that feature, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations. Any different or broader permission should be described in the feature-specific terms.
Public contributions may be visible to the audience identified in the feature. Collective insights may retain themes derived from participation even where an individual contribution is no longer displayed, subject to applicable privacy rights and the Privacy Notice.
6. FET content, brands and third-party materials
The service includes software, visual design, text and other materials made available by FET and its licensors. These terms do not give you permission to use FET branding, copy protected materials or distribute modified service content beyond what the service expressly allows.
Third-party sports marks, content and materials are subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. Links or integrations do not mean that FET controls a third party’s service. Review the third party’s terms and privacy information before using it.
If you provide product feedback, FET may use it to evaluate and improve the service. Do not include information you expect to remain confidential in general feedback.
7. AI-enabled and collective-intelligence features
AI-enabled features can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected output. Review output before relying on it, and use independent professional advice where a decision calls for medical, legal, financial, safety or other qualified expertise.
Fan votes, predictions and synthesized perspectives are forms of participation and insight. They are not official instructions to a club, coach, player, league or event organizer unless the relevant experience expressly says otherwise.
Do not use AI features to generate unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others deceptively, make automated decisions that require a lawful basis you do not have, or submit content prohibited by these terms.
8. Purchases, tickets and partner experiences
If a paid feature is offered, the applicable price, billing basis, renewal terms, cancellation method and any refund conditions should be presented before you complete the purchase. Review those details carefully. A recorded demonstration does not itself create a purchase or reservation.
Tickets, travel, merchandise, memberships and partner programs may be supplied by third parties or sports organizations. Their availability, fulfillment, venue access and refund rules may be governed by additional terms shown by the relevant provider.
9. Service changes and availability
Features may be added, changed, suspended or retired as the platform develops. Maintenance, security incidents, connectivity issues, third-party failures or events outside reasonable control can affect availability. Experimental or preview functionality may behave differently from a general-release feature.
Keep your own copy of content that matters to you where the product allows export or download. Product-specific continuity, service-level or data-export commitments should be stated in the applicable service agreement rather than assumed from this public page.
10. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using a FET service at any time and use the account closure controls or official support process available for that service. Ending an account does not automatically cancel a separate paid or third-party commitment; review the relevant cancellation terms.
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk, harmful conduct, legal requirement or risk to other users. Where appropriate, information about the restriction and any available review process should be provided.
11. Your decisions and legal rights
FET aims to provide useful and reliable experiences, but sports information, community content, predictions and AI output may be incomplete or change in meaning as context changes. You remain responsible for how you use that information and for decisions you make based on it.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific warranty, liability or dispute-resolution terms must be read in the applicable service agreement and in light of mandatory rights that apply to you.
12. Changes to these terms and contact
These terms may be updated as services and requirements change. The effective date identifies the current published version. Where additional notice is required or appropriate, it should be provided through the product or another suitable communication channel. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the affected service and follow the available closure or cancellation process.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the official support channel associated with the FET service you use. For information about personal data and privacy requests, read the Privacy Notice.
